Toga, born in Jakarta, 1954. Graduated from Dept. of Architecture, Faculty of Technology, University of Indonesia. Prior to founding Arkitekton Lima, he joint a large firm, PT. Arkonin from 1982 to 1995.

During that time he was offered to conduct studio design and lecture in the University of Indonesia. From there on he worked both as a practitioner and lecturer. In 1989, he went to Great Britain to study and was awarded Master in Energy and Environmental Studies at AA School of Architecture in London in 1992.

After his study he join PT Grafisindo Cad consultant in 1994, a pioneer in computer based architectural firm. He is a member of the IAI ( Indonesian Architectural Association ), PSAI ( Indonesian Architects Union ) and FNPA ( National Architecture Education Forum ). Toga is one of the founder of the firm and is the board of trustee.
